"The room was great, featuring a private bathroom. Self check-in and check-out were smooth, with staff available to assist if needed. Daily housekeeping ensures the room stays tidy. Location-wise, it's very convenient, being close to Baojian Road Pedestrian Street and Dongmun Market. While most amenities are provided, remember to bring your own toothbrush and comb. Bus stops and convenience stores are just around the corner, and surprisingly, the airport is even within walking distance! Aewol-eup Coastal Road is also easily accessible, although other major attractions might be a bit further out. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money and comes highly recommended. Plus, there's a laundry room available for guests."

"To put it simply, here are the pros of this hotel:
1. Great location in the heart of Jeju City, near Baogen Road, which makes shopping convenient.
2. Most of the front desk staff speak Chinese, so communication is seamless – very friendly for tourists who don't speak Korean.
3. The city view from the 19th-floor hallway is quite good.
And that's pretty much it for the pros…
Now for the cons:
1. The room facilities are outdated. On my third day, I found small shell bugs and tiny cockroaches.
2. I've stayed in many hotels in Seoul, both mid-range and high-end, but this hotel in Jeju is the first one where I've encountered a cleaning fee 🤦🏻♂️. On the first night, they only give you a towel box. On the second day, they just empty the bathroom trash. From the third day onwards, cleaning costs 20,000 KRW, which is over 100 RMB. You can choose not to have it cleaned, but I absolutely do not understand why a hotel of this caliber and in this condition charges for cleaning. Even the taxi driver in Jeju was shocked when he heard about it. A Chinese expatriate who has lived in Jeju for over ten years also said it was the first time they'd heard of such a thing.
3. The pillows and blankets in the room had a strange odor… I won't elaborate further.
4. The hotel room photos online and the actual room are not completely different, but I can say the photo editing skills are excellent.
If I go to Jeju again, I'll likely choose a hotel with more modern facilities 💁🏻♀️"

"The hotel has a good location. There are various restaurants, shops and bus stations nearby. It was not new, but neat and clean with everything needed. We arrived after midnight and checked-in fast. The lady at the reception said there were no restaurants open at that time, but we actually found a couple of nice ones nearby."

"Convenient & Friendly Stay in Jeju
Among the 4 hotels I booked for this trip, this one had the most guest-friendly check-in/out policy — check-in after 2 PM and check-out before 12 PM, unlike many hotels in Busan that require check-in after 4 PM (even 8 PM!) and check-out before 10 AM.
The staff was friendly, though she only spoke Chinese — but no problem, she was sweet and used a translation app to communicate.
The room was small and didn’t have a closet or hanger, but it was clean, new, and comfortable. Perfect if you just need a safe and convenient place to sleep.
Great location, only 20 minutes to the airport, with many bus routes nearby for exploring Jeju’s top sights."

"It is perfect for Solo travelling. The staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms were neat and tidy and especially the lobby, the best place to relax. It is near the Jeju Bus terminal, just 4 to 5 min walk away and is in the mainstream area. Everything is within assessable limits. Best Place to stay while in Jeju. Definitely prefer to stay if I ever visited Jeju again."

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's very close to both Shilla Duty Free Shop and Baojian Road, and with a bus stop right next door, getting to various attractions is a breeze. It's also just a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport.
However, cleanliness was a significant issue. The bathroom, in particular, still had noticeable amounts of uncleaned rubbish and waste paper.
The hotel facilities were also rather basic. The light control in my room was broken, and despite being told it would be repaired, it remained unfixed until my check-out. This made the room quite dim throughout my stay.
On the positive side, the service was good. The owner is Chinese and speaks fluent Mandarin, which was very helpful for communication for Chinese guests."

"Facilities: Satisfactory. The elevators require a room card for access, which provided a good sense of security.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean and highly comfortable.
Ambiance: The setup with shopping downstairs and accommodation upstairs was pretty standard but convenient. There was also a doorman, and it felt very comfortable and quiet.
Service: While there was a language barrier, I didn't encounter any issues that required specific assistance from the staff.
Just a note: there's a 200,000 deposit (likely local currency) which can only be paid by bank card or cash – a minor inconvenience.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely choose this place again, as transportation, dining, and shopping options are all incredibly convenient."

"The service was great. The lobby was clean, well-maintained, and quite spacious. We booked a family twin room with two beds, one large and one small, which was perfect for three people. Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and cups were provided, making it feel very hygienic. The room also had a refrigerator and a safe. The hotel is conveniently located diagonally opposite Baojian Road and is very close to the duty-free store. The only slight drawback was that the soundproofing in the street-facing rooms was just average."

KKesavan (K7)I stayed one night at Jeju Ollero, but it felt like three days of pure relaxation. The location is excellent—close to restaurants, cafés, and the scenic promenade.
The lounge window offers stunning views of the calm, deep-blue ocean, and the coffee shop next door was the perfect spot to soak in the ambience. Even more interesting for me as a royalist was to be greeted by Queen Elizabeth II memorabilia. 🥰
Mr. Yun and his family were exceptionally welcoming and even allowed me a late checkout at a small cost. I highly recommend this homestay and will definitely return on my next visit to Jeju.

On a rather amusing note, I accidentally left the souvenirs I'd purchased at the hotel after I had already departed. Thankfully, after I called, they located them, and I was able to arrange a courier pickup. Just a heads-up: if you need to mail anything, remember to pack it securely yourself, as shipping services typically won't do it for you! Lol.

XXenaaaaFacilities: The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, just about 3 kilometers away. Getting around is incredibly easy, with a bus stop right outside. During my stay, buses were always readily available whenever I needed to go out, and using Naver Maps made navigation super efficient, saving a lot of time.
Right outside, you'll find two convenience stores (a GS25 and a CU). If you walk a bit to the right from the hotel, you'll reach Jeju City Hall. At the main intersection, there's a huge Daiso, along with Art Box, ABC Mart, Olive Young, and a BBQ Chicken restaurant. This excellent location means you don't need to venture into the crowded city center for shopping or dining.
Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily and was consistently quite clean.
Ambiance: It was quiet, and our window offered a lovely sea view, which was particularly beautiful on clear, sunny days.
Service: Only two complimentary bottles of water are provided, so I'd recommend buying larger ones from the nearby convenience stores. I stayed for 4 days, and for a standard room priced at just over 200, the value for money was truly exceptional.

KKumaNiThis place offers excellent value for money. As a solo traveler, I paid around 160 per night during the off-peak season. The room was very quiet and spacious, featuring a small entrance hall in addition to the bathroom. Check-in was self-service: I simply picked up my room keycard, which had my name on it, from the front desk, and returned it upon check-out. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the front desk, which is under surveillance. While I'd read some reviews complaining about the inconvenience of not being able to find the owner, I personally didn't encounter any problems. There's a convenience store right opposite, and the elderly gentleman who works there was very kind. Dongmun Market and Mokgwan-a are also close by. However, if transportation convenience is your main priority, an area like Baojian Road would be a better choice. The primary appeal of staying here is its affordability.

EExna 24032 of the man in charge of the front desk were unfriendly and looking fierce when we checked in. Upon checking out on the4th morning, we tried to ask them to assist in getting a taxi as I we have an early flight which they were reluctant. However, they complied but shouted at us to sit tight while he called for a taxi. This was uncalled for. Will never stay again even if the offer is free.

GGuest UserOur group of five (two families) spent 7 days in Jeju, staying at two hotels, and this was the first one we checked into. The hotel's location isn't ideal; it's about a 20-minute walk to Hamdeok Beach. On the plus side, there's a BHC fried chicken restaurant and a CU convenience store right next door. We were quite satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and facilities; it was spotless and well-maintained.
However, to be honest, we were quite dissatisfied with the front desk service. No matter what the issue was, their immediate reaction seemed to be to say no. It felt as if they might have perceived us as being overly demanding Chinese guests. For example, in my sister's family's room, the toilet wouldn't flush in the morning (note: their toilets here are electronic with automatic flushing). When we contacted the front desk, they informed us that maintenance staff wouldn't be on duty until 11 AM, so the issue couldn't be addressed until then. Since everyone needed to use the restroom that morning, we kept pressing for a solution. Eventually, the front desk staff consulted with a nearby cleaning lady. The cleaning lady then simply turned around, picked up a plunger (which was conveniently located right next to the front desk, implying this is a common issue), and fixed the toilet in a matter of seconds.

I chose to pick up the airport, and the webpage passed quickly, but when I arrived, I called the hotel and replied that the hotel had never had an airport pick-up service. It appears that there is something wrong with the system.
